One afternoon my sisters and I were out driving around Seattle when we came across an Antique Consignment Shop. Monica pulled over into the parking lot, and we all got out of the car chattering like magpies as we walked into the building. We stood there in awe…this place was incredibly huge! There was row upon row of shelves and cubby holes with antiques of every kind and paintings on every wall space available.
We split up and walked away in different directions exploring wall-to-wall items and stopping now and then to get a closer look at various pre-owned treasures.
I began browsing down the first aisle on the left where we first walked in. There were antiques and knick-knacks everywhere. It became overwhelming to try and see everything even though I wasn’t really looking for anything in particular. So far nothing jumped out to catch my attention.
As I got to the end of that first aisle, I felt a strange creepy energy coming from somewhere nearby. It wasn’t anyone walking by me, yet it felt like I was being watched. I glanced around checking to see if someone was staring but there wasn’t anyone looking in my direction. I continued walking forward and turned right to the next aisle well aware that weird sensation was a lot stronger. Stopping to look around again there wasn’t anything or anyone obvious that caught my attention.
I walked to the end of that aisle turned left and began walking up the third one.
The heavy dark energy was now stronger and more bothersome. It sent chills up and down my spine. I was still unable to figure out what was following me in that antique shop. All I knew was that it wasn’t a good thing. I began looking around the shop to see if I could locate my sisters to alert them that I was ready to get out of that place.
As I was almost to the end of that third aisle the thick negative energy hit me
full on. I was standing at the end of aisle three when I felt something foul and prickly running chills down my arms and the back of my neck.
That’s when I saw the black energy thick like a dark cloud wrapped around an ugly looking doll. It was made to stand up with a metal prop of some sort that was stuck underneath it’s raggedy dark dress. The damn thing was staring right at me with its shiny small glass eyes that was caused by a light aimed directly at it. The dolls hair was scraggly black and looked matted like it hadn’t been brushed before being put on display.
Suddenly Monica and Diana showed up browsing the aisle next to where I had been standing. I motioned for them to come over so I could alert them to that demon possessed doll. I grabbed one of my sisters by the arm and pulled her with me towards where it was standing. The closer we got to the doll the more negative and angrier it appeared to be with its eyes glaring a frequency of hatred towards me. The three of us stood there looking at it, talking about it that there was something really bad stuck inside that doll. The girls had had enough of it and said, “Let’s go have some lunch somewhere, we’re starving.” I responded, “Me too. I’m ready to get the heck out of here anyway.
As they started walking away from me, I turned to look at the doll one more time and I heard a hissing whisper from it saying,
“Come clossser…”
That trapped demonic entity made its last-ditch effort to try and jump me like an unwanted hitchhiker. I turned away quickly and caught up with my siblings as we walked out of that building never to return there again.
